This page covers the warranty, returns, refunds and the right of withdrawal.
The items sold on totebagschic.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. Should an item turn out to be defective or not as described, you have 14 working days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund. If this period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging, together with the corresponding invoice. Please send us a description and photos of the defect by writing to us.
The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the returned parcel. Return shipping costs are at your expense. No cash-on-delivery shipments are accepted.
